These terms and conditions are legally binding for all players using the dm39 platform (https://dm39.bet). By accessing the platform, registering an account, or playing any games, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

dm39 is a platform for Myanmar players offering football betting, live casino, slots, and lottery games, with SSL encryption and fair play measures in place.

1 General Terms

To use dm39's services, the following basic requirements must be met.

• The player must be 21 years of age or older.
• The player must access the platform from a country or location where gambling is not prohibited by law.
• Each individual may hold one account only, and each family member must use their own individual account.

1.2 Official Language

These terms and conditions are written in Burmese. In the event of any discrepancy between a translation and the original, the Burmese original shall be considered the official version.

2 Account Registration and Responsibility

By registering an account with dm39, the player is considered to have accepted and acknowledged the following declarations.

• The personal information provided is accurate, complete, and belongs to the player themselves.
• The password used to access the account must be kept by the player alone; it must not be shared with any third party.
• If the player suspects their account has been compromised, they must notify dm39 customer service immediately.
• If any personal information changes, the account must be updated right away.

2.1 Identity Verification

dm39 has the right to verify a player's personal information before processing any deposit or withdrawal. This may include requesting a copy of the player's national ID or official registration document. Accounts of players who provide false information may be suspended and funds may be withheld.

2.2 Account Security

dm39 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized access to a player's account, particularly where the player has failed to take adequate steps to secure their account.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following basic policies apply to deposits and withdrawals at dm39.

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: 3,000 Ks
• Payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer
• Deposits are credited to the account instantly; bank transfers may take slightly longer than usual.
• dm39 does not charge a service fee on deposits; however, the bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 20,000 Ks
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals can only be processed once account verification is complete.
• dm39 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if the bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

3.3 Financial Checks

In accordance with financial laws, anti-money laundering measures, and compliance policies, dm39 has the right to carry out checks on deposit and withdrawal transactions. Any transaction suspected of being fraudulent may be suspended and investigated.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by dm39 are tied to specific terms and wagering requirements set at the time of announcement.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks
• Bonus wagering requirement: bonus amount × 15x
• Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 24,000 Ks → Balance 44,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 24,000 × 15 = 360,000 Ks
• Example 2 — Deposit 840,000 Ks → Bonus 500,000 Ks → Balance 1,340,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 500,000 × 15 = 7,500,000 Ks
• Funds derived from the bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• The bonus is given once per account only; accounts sharing the same family member, IP address, or payment method are prohibited from claiming the bonus multiple times.

4.2 Other Promotions

The terms for VIP rewards, cashback, and referral promotions are stated at the time of announcement. Promotions cannot be combined — only one applies at a time. Where no restriction is stated in the announcement, dm39 has the right to determine how promotion terms interact.

4.3 Bonus Cancellation

If a player requests a withdrawal before meeting the bonus wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled, and only the original deposited amount will be returned.

5 Gaming Policy

All players on the dm39 platform must follow the policies below when playing.

• Game outcomes depend on effort and skill, but over time they follow changes driven by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• dm39 reserves the right to suspend gameplay if the rules on spectating, playing, or collusion are violated.
• To request your own gaming limits, contact us via 24/7 Live Chat.
• Intentionally exploiting software bugs or glitches for personal gain is strictly prohibited; if discovered, any funds obtained this way must be returned.

5.1 Live Casino Policy

If your internet connection drops during a Live Casino game, the outcome will be determined by the result recorded on the server; dm39 is not responsible for any losses caused by connection issues.

6 Prohibited Actions

All players must strictly avoid the actions listed below. Violations may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture.

• Opening more than one account per person (Multi-accounting)
• Abusing or farming bonuses (Bonus Abuse / Bonus Farming)
• Money laundering
• Intentionally exploiting game software bugs or glitches
• Server attacks, DDoS attacks, or any other activity that causes cyber harm
• Using another person's personal information without authorisation to open an account
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game results (Collusion)

7 Personal Data Protection

8 Service Limitations

dm39 reserves the right to restrict services under the following circumstances.

• Instructions received from legal authorities, courts, police, or the Ministry of Communications
• While an investigation into a player's suspected fraudulent activity is ongoing
• When there is an unclear situation regarding a player's account security
• During scheduled maintenance periods

Players must accept dm39's limited liability for any losses arising from service restrictions (including missed bonus payouts).

9 Account Closure

Players who wish to close their own account may submit a written request to [email protected]. Any remaining balance that meets the withdrawal requirements will be returned at the time of closure; bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

9.1 Platform's Right to Suspend

If there is clear evidence of a Section 6 violation, dm39 may close the account immediately without prior notice. The remaining balance will be decided only after a full and impartial investigation into the policy breach has been completed.

10 Terms Changes

dm39 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes the player's acceptance of the updated terms.
